I am thinking there is a reasonable chance Satoshi has ~1,000,000 coins that may be gone forever. Apparently MtGox lost a few hundred thousand; this is a substantial amount of the current supply. Obviously, lots more will be lost by early miners when they were worthless. Anyone considered this in detail?
