Finally decided to move my BTC out of Coinbase/Circle to my own wallet. What's my best options?

Is it paper? A little complicated. I'm not sure I can pull this off.

Mycelium? Some people say it's unsafe to cold store your BTC on a mobile, which easily could get lost/broken.

Trezor? Is there a way to store my BTC without spending $99? Or is it worth it?

What do you use/recommend?
