Antpool brings back the 3%. Where should i go now?

since 3 days i have 3% deductions, and somehow it's not negligible. 1% over a year calculated is actually >1BTC for us, so giving away 3 sucks!

what are our options now?

are there any pools that also payoff the TXFees of the block towards the miners?
