What has your mining experience been like?

I'm really interested in getting a better understanding of the mining community and where PoW mining is heading in the near future.

1. Are there any parts of Bitcoin mining that have been frustrating or annoying for you?
2. What is your mining rig composed of? (2 ASICs, 1 GPU, etc.)
3. What mining pool do you use?
4. What's your biggest recurring cost and how have you tried to reduce it?
