Been mining since september 2017 and miner has been chugging along fine. today 4/2/2018 my miner status page is blank as well as Hardware version. The miner is on , both fans are working, all the usual lights are on. I have powered off and reset and still it has not come back up on the status page. I do not know what to do now. do i have a nice paper weight or am i missing something?
