So industrial electricity where I live is 3.5 cents, which is dirt cheap. But obviously there are more costs than just electricity. Can those of you who own you're own mining facilities or collocation facilities give me a list of costs (rent, insurance, etc)
Trying to see if it's worth it to start with the cheap electricity i have.
Also would consider Colocating if i could get enough interest up front.
