Help with my S9 machine.

(Someone recommended me to post it here instead of BitcoinBeginners)

I own a S9 antminer, recently buyed from amazon, i just notice that one of the hashcards apparently isn't minning but it has heat on it, also besides the card it has his red light on.

Can someone give me a clue of what's going on?

I'm using a power supplier APW3++ recommended from the website.
