Noticed blocks are no longer full on bitcoin blockchain, which means all transactions in the mempool are getting filled even at the lowest fee rate (1sat/byte).This is the first time since 13 July where the mempool has been clearing completely. via /r/Bitcoin https://bit.ly/2PHzmvW
