Please help! I'm new to Bitcoin, and i'd like advice on how my family can use it to avoid using Western Union!

We live in the US and my sister lives in Israel. I'm looking for the simplest way that we can send/ she can receive money. She's not terribly tech savvy and my parents are not tech savvy at all, so please keep that in mind.
