I believe that Chinese people haven't started buying Bitcoins more than before, but as the miners know that they can't sell the same amount of bitcoins as they were doing after the halvening, and don't want to invest into new ASIC before the halvening, they already started to sell less BTCs. To put it in other words, Chinese miners are HODLing.
