Proposal: Refer to Bitcoin Cash as BCH, not BCC

BCC already exists (http://bit.ly/2eYBHnc) and Kraken has taken the lead on using BCH instead (http://bit.ly/2heu7pv). As a community I think we should follow suit. via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/2eZwT0U
