so I was built a mining pc and I bought all new parts so I had bought 4 1080ti and all fans spin but one isn't detected in windows and I tried it with another mobo. I enable 4g decoding and everything was set for mining. so I was confused cause I have a 6 1060 3gb build and that work flawlessly with 1000 watt PSU. So I had bought a 1200w PSU for the 4 1080ti and only 3 cards were showing any solutions cause the card didn't show in my gaming rig when I put it in there and it has a 1080ti inside there and I know it can be powered. any solutions other than returning it and buying a new one.
