Looking for recommendations on where to buy S9s

Hi there.

I'm looking to start mining btc soon and am having trouble finding S9s. Is it reasonable to assume I should be able to get s9s for around 3k USD? Most places I've looked at quote a lot higher. I'm not too fussed about the hashrate. Anything above 12TH/s is sufficient. I've seen on the bitmain website that they're currently out of stock. Is there another batch being released soon and would in need to preorder to ensure that I get them?
