whatsminer m3 pool issue/hacked?

Hey guys, Wondering if I could get some help. I have some whatsminer m3s that I set up exactly as the tutorial says and I added a random string password so it's quite strong. However, after about 3 hours, the pools switched to something else on their own. Not a default and not any of my settings. It's a random zpool account. My first thought was that it was hacked, but it would take quite a while to brute force that password. I changed the password and reset it. This time it only took about 10 minutes to swtich pools. SSH is disabled. I checked the logger and it says:

API: send select failed (0) Pool 3 successfully negotiated resume with the same session ID Switching to pool 3 stratum+tcp://sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333

Since this is not a default pool or my setting, I'm thinking it's hacked but I cannot figure out how... Maybe something to do with API? Does an 8 string random number/letter password get hacked that fast? What am I missing?

Also, does anyone know where to get the firmware to flash it?

Thank you
