Good Morning, I am trying to decide if it would currently be worth it to mine with Sha256 ASICS with a power rate of 0.097¢ or 0.085¢ per KWH. I am looking at a reasonable 1yr RoI. Current ASICS are getting much lower in price, but I keep reading about the new ASICS just around the corner. Would any of the current ASICS offer a real RoI within 1 year with those power rates, or would a new ASIC miner need to wait for new tech?
I understand with cheaper electric rates almost any of these machines are a good buy, but I am limited to what I can get in my area and summer rates.
