Repairman is asking for firmware for the PSU microchip on the controller board of Antminer s9 13.5TH. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I sent him the firmware update available on the bitmain site, but he said it's not the one he needs. He says it's a small file (about 1MB). But I have no idea what else to sent him.
