Why don't we have an open source crypto exchange? Or we do have it but I don't know of any?

It is obvious that running an exchange is a lucrative business. But since the whole blockchain and crypto world is based on open-source and innovations, how come we have almost non existent field of open-source crypto exchanges? via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/2NkvfmO
