After running 10 or 20 minutes my antminer S9_V2.54 hashrate has become 0 but why??????

I am new in bitcoin mining. I have suffered this problem for many days. After running 10 or 20 minutes my antminer S9_V2.54 hash rate has become 0 but when I power off the machine or reboot the operating system then on it. After I get back my actual hash rate. PLz, give me a solution? I am really worried about this matter.
