Simplex hidden fees

Why is no one warning people about the fees that Simplex.com charges when buying Bitcoin?They charge $10-$15 on a simple $100 purchase. You can look at their fee schedule on their page, but the most disappointing part about it is that they do not disclose the fee in the transaction process. Yes they put the fee at the bottom of the page, but they do not tell you what fee they are charging this specific transaction ever. Not during the transaction and not after the transaction. You basically agree to buy x BTC for X$ and then the rest can be associated to fees, but they don't tell you how much that is. You have to calculate it yourself. And they never give a receipt for it either. It makes me think they are taking these fees under the table to the Israeli government. (that is where they are based out of)Any thoughts let me know. I'm really upset with bitcoin.com for using simplex as their payment vendor.
