Mining unprofitable where im located. Any ways to cut cost or lower electricity prices?

I have the funds to buy a new miner pretty much every day and just stack them sky high. Since it became unprofitable for me a while back i stopped. But id like to start loading up on more btc.

Is there a way to cut cost in mining at all?

I have a building already open to do it in but electricity cost are just too high...
