What does Hashnest's "big news" really mean?

Three days ago Hasnest sent out the following message:

Because we have a big news to announce , form 2016-03-24 0:00 beijing time, the market of HashNest will close within next 48hours , and the market will open again after end of 48hours.

Earlier today, before the Hashnest market opened, they sent out another message that starts:

As a token of appreciation for being our valued customer, HashNest would like to issue you a special $115 discount coupon towards the purchase of a new Antminer S7.

It goes on to say:

Coupon redeem period: between April 1, 2016 and the end of S5 redemption. The coupon can not transfer, withdraw and transact into others. HashNest reserve the right to explain the terms of the event.

The message is repeated in Chinese, and when I paste it into google translate it make less sense than the English version.

I don't see any $115 coupons in my account yet, but maybe they won't show up until just before April 1. The current Hashnest price for a S7 is $699, so $115 off would be $584 ($2 more than the normal S7 purchase price from Bitmain). This doesn't seem like "big news" to me. Can anyone else with a Hashnest account help interpret the message?
