Does anyone know if miners can get too cold?

We have a large hosting facility with multiple types of miners hashing away. Currently, we are moving into phase 3 of our cooling system where we we will be utilizing containment. Air will be exchanged every 10 seconds. In summary, the incoming air will no longer get mixed with the hot air. When the outside temp falls bellow 70 degrees we turn off the cooling and simply filter outside air. Our facility is in Washington State, and it's going to get cold... very cold.

Does anyone have experience with running miners under 0C? Has anyone run miners in -10C or so? I expect that they should be fine, but we need to be certain. We can build a closed loop system to recirculate the hot isle air if needed.
