Is it worth to make my own pool? Is it really worth it?

I have my own antminer devices, I have a big farm and I currently use antpool and f2pool to earn my btc. I have some questions to put on the table:

I have more than 200 Th/s of mining powers. That's the equivalent of around 20 s7 antminer decides, so is it worth to make my own pool to try to get my own blocks? How easy is it?

And also is it better to mine in the top top pools or is is really worth to mine on lower pools?
