Can someone point me to docs to understand how to parse the information in the block header version numbers?I understand if version=4. I don't understand, for example, version=536870913. I believe there are "votes" and other things encoded here, but I can't seem to find any reference information. via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/1qVi13P
