Antminer Bitmain Warranty Clarification

I have a couple new Antminer S9's and they have a default frequency of 600 Mhz, hashing at 12.93 th/s. I am hoping to push to 650 Mhz and hash at 14 th/s, but I don't want to break the warranty. According to the warranty, overclocking will void warranty. Is going to 650 Mhz considered overclocking, even though it is considered a default frequency according to the Antminer manual?
