Mentor Wednesday? Would increasing the block size to 1.1MB bring the same concerns and problems as increasing it to 2MB?

I don't really understand the block size debate. But have heard people say an increase to 2MB is likely not a big deal.Are there different levels of concern from a 0.1, 1.0, & 10.0 increase?What if it was increased by 0.001MB?Or is the main debate about adjusting it in any capacity and to find alternative solutions such as LN and SW?Any clarification would be much appreciated.Thank you. via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/2fhCZsB
