So maybe I just missed it, but has bitfinex ever discovered how the hack occurred? What have they done since the hack to protect users from a similar attack? It seems to me they just offered tokens and are trying to pay everyone back, but has anything really been done? Everyone seems to have completely forgiven them and went back. Am I missing something?
