Update: I spoke to DHL and provided the proper import code for my Asic Miner. They reduced import tax from $750 to $33

If this happens to you, make the effort to speak with them and explain you're an end consumer not a company importing Chinese steel. It seems like they are just sticking the tax on everything and only fixing it when people complain that it's incorrect.
