This is a life or death matter that needs to be solved as soon as possible. I'm tired of being ripped off by companies that market some sort of TH/s but not getting remotely close to it.

I bought it, and it's been nothing but trouble. I finally got it working on the proper outlet for the AP3++ power supply, but guess what? False advertising. This is what it's been "hashing", and I use that term loosely, at: https://imgur.com/a/Iqupz4m
Look at this fucken shit, can't even hit 12 TH/s. Bitmain and their garbage deserve to be sued. In fact, we should file a class action lawsuit because I depended on the 13.5TH/s hash rate for my profit calculations. Anyways, is there a way to increase the hashrate? I can fiddle around with different Firmware Images and whatnot, but when I first got this thing, it was running better than it was now. Also, should I change the "Chain Frequency" with the AdjustableMiner firmware? It's currently defaulted at 550 I believe.
