Mining Farm Electrical Design *edited*

I'm currently working on a large project for bitcoin mining with electric at 6 cents. For building out a 10-20k sq ft warehouse, what is the best way to design the electrical infrastructure? We will eventually expand to around 5MW and was wondering if anyone here has the best route they took for designing/expanding their electric capacity and infrastructure over time. Any resources are appreciated.

Note: we are using immersion cooling, so our power density is incredible and we do not need to worry about planning out fan locations, etc. since it is all cooled with liquid.

Here is a preliminary design of how i want to distribute the power. Each row requires 560kW. What is the best course of action I could take, regarding equipment to purchase (switchboards, transformers, etc.). Most cost-efficient means would be best for starting with just one row, then expanding. Looking into panelboards, busways, etc. Would it make sense to buy a large switchboard now, then build out from it, or can I add expand a smaller one over time to add capacity?
