Where is bitcoin mining profitable at present?

Hi guys, as an investor, I look at prices for BTC and this looks scary.

I previously owned an antminer S9 and I learned the hard way first hand that in order for it to be profitable, that machine must run 24/7.

Under present market conditions, is this profitable?
