I set up my BTC in the Ledger Live wallet, with my Nano X and I wrote down the 24 word seed phrase. If someone stole my seed phrase, wouldn't they have access to my wallet anyways?

I do really find it all confusion - the Nano X acts as the seed phrase, but I write that down, but that gives access to the wallet? Just seems so weird.

If someone stole my Nano X, there is no way they would know my wallet, or the PIN to enter Nano X - I think. But what happens if someone steals my 24 word seed phrase?
