There are so many subreddits I have come accross where OP has $100,000 in a "high yield" savings account earning .005% a year, while their principal is devalued by 20% in that same time period. E.g.: https://bit.ly/3Heq4At is especially common in the student loan forums. I've been downvoted into oblivioun for even suggesting they take some of it and buy bitcoin.
