Does the AntMiner U3 have a DC barrel jack or a PCI-E plug for power?

I've seen multiple different images of the AntMiner U3, some of which have a DC barrel jack to provide power, while others have a PCi-E port.

On the Bitmain website, it seems to have both, although the PCI-E socket is covered up with a piece of white plastic.

Which does it have?
