Honest question, there it a lot of talk about how opt-in replace by fee breaks 0-conf transactions.I have always thought that no one usages 0-conf transactions anyway because they are not safe but there seems to be a lot of outrage about it. All the exchanges/services I use use between 3-6 confirmations so yeah.Who uses 0-conf transactions?
