Antminer s7 just caught on fire...need some help fixing it.

Yea I don't know how it happened really, but I'm pretty sure the 18AWG y splitter was not able to handle the current the PSU was supplying, and that caused the wire insulation to wear out.

Anyways some background info, I bought my cables and power supply from Bitcoinware.net and pretty much set up my miner shown here. http://bit.ly/28RxE5K

Last month I moved the miner into my basement because it was getting hot upstairs, but the only option I had was to plug it into a 115v 20 outlet. Couple days later I noticed the Y splitters on the one PSU were getting extremely hot to the point I couldn't touch them. I immediately moved it to a 15amp and it seemed to solve the problem. Well now this happened and luckily only the left side hashing blade died (not sure still have to test it), and all the cables for one of my psu is fried.

I need to know if its possible to underclock my miner and use only 2 pci-e connectors for middle hashing blade? Also what is the best effective way to recover at least 2 hashing blades. I currently only have one psu left with all 4 of it cables working and I have the other psu that still might work but needs new cables.

Thanks!
