Bitgold denied my first withdrawal and froze my account for no reason with 10,000USD in it!!!!!

I deposited bitcoins with this company months ago, roughly 10,000USD, with the price of gold tanking I decide to withdraw and these are the emails I get. 1.) Prove your source of funds 2.) Your withdrawal has been rejected 3.) Your account has been closed Bearing in mind all of these were sent within a single hour of one another and I did not get a chance to respond to a single one. Now when I try to log on to my account it is gone!
