As of the time of posting, in "sincePeriodStart" we have 1758 of the 2016 blocks in the current period (258 remain). 1694 of them are signaling for CSV. The threshold for activation is 95% which means we need 1915.2 blocks in the period to active. We round up to 1916. That means of the 258 remaining, we need 222 or more to signal CSV. That's only 86%. So, unless something dramatically changes, CSV will be activated in just over 48 hours.
