Odd mining question, shoot me down.

I haven't mined since GPUs were a thing, and that was just for fun. Anyways, I have been working on several projects and had an idea to combine one that's totally not related to mining at all, with mining.

People always say, the cost of electricity is what kills profit or mining generally.

I have a particular situation where I can get a lot of fuel for a generator. I've actually been mathing out and setting up my house to have a lot of it run off generators since the fuel is free. It's more involved and there's no reason to go that much further in explanation for that project.

Since I'm setting these up, since I have free fuel, and since a portion of my house will be running off generators I randomly had the idea of powering miners off one. Is 10k KWH enough to do something with? I'm thinking about just picking up another generator for this project. It's way easier to power computers than it is for me to output pure sine wave for inductive loads. So it's more or less plug and play for me, not even hard.

Anyways, it's been a long long time since I've looked at anything mining related. Before I spend hours of research can someone poke a huge hole in my plan quick as to why it can't work? I'm going to wait for the half before making any forward decisions if it would work.
