Hi,
Apologies if it took us a while to get back to you.
The creditors whose filed claim was rejected may take the claim assessment process within one month from the date of investigation of claims pursuant to the Japanese Bankruptcy Law.
All claims assessed, can be checked online, also list of all claims posted. Next milestone: 7th creditors meeting September 28, 2016.
For most other inquiries at this time, Kraken cannot help you and you must contact the MtGox trustee directly at the help desk phone number. There is no email, only a phone number.
