What happened to the Ledger academic journal?

Ledger launched about 9 months ago but no articles have been published. My impression is that the turnaround time was supposed to be swift, and that the peer review process would be public. I checked today and the website is just as it was months ago.The FAQ says: "Ledger aims to have the first round of reviews complete a returned to the author within six weeks. Papers that require only trivial changes could then move from submission to acceptance within a six-week period. In most cases, more extensive revisions and additional rounds of peer review will be required. The target review time for each round is six weeks."The deadline for the first edition was 15 January. I find it hard to believe that not a single peer review has occurred more than five months later.I remember at the time many people said they would submit papers. But - no papers.
