If humanity succeeds in establishing a Mars colony, would it make sense to use Bitcoin as a currency for interplanetary trade?

Just curious about the possibilities. It does not make sense to use any fiat in a human colony because fiat is created by sovereign states/ countries. Bitcoin, being a global and internet-native money, actually makes perfect sense. Thoughts? via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/2cUMadC
