Has anyone taken advantage of BTC trading for $1k in India?

I told one of my friends who I got into Bitcoin that one of the results of India's new money policy is that BTC is trading for more than in Circle. He wants to find out if there's a way to sell BTC in India from the States, than buy back BTC for $730, sell in India for $1k and so on. Is this possible? via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/2gCiHYz
