i need help contacting canaan, i know its kinda difficult but heres the story
i bought 5x avalon miners about 1 and a half months ago and the us customs returned my package, i contacted support and they replied twice saying someone would take care, the last reply i got from them was on august 24, still nothing on the shipping or money back heres the ticket
Hello apparently my shipment was returned because of some problem on the customs, they sent me the tracking of the shipment and it got delivered to you, can we please resend that?

i already had one ticket #84145 opened but seems like you guys forgot about it and 2 weeks passed, i would like to solve this and get my packaged shipped again
No answer to previous tickets and i need to ship this again or get the money back at least
hopefully someone can help me get this solved or tell me what to do next
