There are a few "pre-order" auctions on ebay for Antminer s9 systems. The delivery date is Nov. or Dec. You buy the pre-order from them and then when their order is received they ship yours out. I bought an s9 last month and I want to add another. I was wondering if these pre-order auctions are a scam or am i protected via Ebay money back guarantee? Anyone have any experience with these?
