So I understand the basics of Bitcoin mining and I know that whoever mines the block gets the reward and the transaction fees. So my question is is the only miner who gets paid is the one who mines the block? Like would I still get the transaction fees even if I don't mine the block? And if I don't, doesn't that mean that only one miner gets paid every ten minutes since that's how long a block should be mined in?
