Spam on BitcoinMining Seems to be Worsening

Anyone else noticed a marked uptick in spam and low-quality posts on this subreddit recently or is it just me?

Are there any actions being taken to lessen the impact of this/filter out unwanted content? The low hanging fruit of course is that I think it would be nice of cryptotab links or similar ponzi links were banned by automod, since I've seen those floating around every so often with no contribution to the sub. More concerning and difficult to deal with is that there have also been a shitton of ICO posts that get between 10 and 20 upvotes each from suspiciously-named accounts (eg u/[Firstname][Lastname]) which were typically created in mid-2017. Seems like there is someone trying really hard to pump and dump ICOs using Reddit as a platform. Any ways we can deal with this?
