Uncle died with no will. What do I do with bitcoin? (x-post from /r/personalfinance)

My uncle recently died unexpectedly without a will. I am his next of kin. He had no assets except several bitcoin.I have my both my uncle's computer and cell phone, which gives me access to the bitcoin. He had also recently added me to his bank account as a joint owner. I'd like to avoid a lengthy probate process. What is the best way to go about taking control of the bitcoin?
