Bitcoin price is closely correlated with Adoption/Network-effect. So asking that it would be like asking:
“Will we see the Internet/computers/electricity adoption at 10% again?
The obvious answer: Fuck no!
(*unless there is a total collapse of civilization, in which case Bitcoin will be the least of your worries).
