Coinbase just asked me to take a picture of my license or they will hold a transfer for 4 days

I was moving my small amount of BTC to my coinbase wallet from my coinbase account. It never went through but I got an email saying if I verify my ID they will release it if not it will go through at the end of the week.It says that regulations require them to take my ID and can use it for what ever.WTF is this? I didn't do it, but why all of a sudden? I've done this before and it was instant.Is this at all points? via /r/Bitcoin https://bit.ly/3GYhc4T
